By creating an account or using 99tingles ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Last updated: 14 June 2026.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. One human, one account — please don't share logins.

Don't use 99tingles to:

• Break the law or anyone else's rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.
• Resell access or wrap the app inside another product.

Your tingles, projects and logs belong to you. We store them so the app works. We do not read them, we do not sell them, we do not train models on them. You can export or delete everything at any time.

The app is in beta. Things will change, occasionally break, and occasionally surprise you. We aim for "calm" not "uptime SLA". Use the app at your own risk during beta.

Beta is free. A future paid plan will be a one-time purchase, never a subscription. Beta users keep beta access. We may change these terms; material changes will be announced inside the app.

You can delete your account any time from Settings. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. On termination we delete your data within 30 days unless we're legally required to keep it.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid in the last 12 months (zero, during beta).
